"Autumn called me a few years ago, cold call, to see if she could price my home/car policy. She did but it was a lot higher. She was very nice and I told her to keep checking if she chose to. Been getting a call ,early December for past 4 or 5 years. This year, my policy had gone way up for 2nd year in a row. I called her back and she took a long time getting my info and working up a price. I told her I would call the next day, after pondering a bit. Called back. Agreed to proceed. I thought it would be quick, similar policy, save 400.00, send a check. But no, she took probably an hour to get everything like my previous policy. Explained it all as she went. Then talked about other things that she had to offer that I might need. Went over some State Farm things that could save me a little money to start, and save more as time went by, at almost no cost. Once all was said and done, I had new insurance. She is taking care of canceling the other plan. Pretty painless. I feel like she will answer my call, anytime I need something. Very nice, pleasant, and professional. Good job."
